As a friendly reminder to all residents, here are some important dates and events to mark in your calendars for our community:
- Between now and April 30th it is time to pay your HOA dues. If you pay before April 30th it’s only $100. After April 30th you owe $120 for this year.
- Around the end of March we will have our Annual Homeowners Association meeting. Watch for details.
- On July 4th we normally have a neighborhood parade. Contact Karen Skelton if you want to help plan this.
- On Halloween we will have a security team at the entrance of the neighborhood to help keep traffic flowing and people safe.
